Lisa Stewart was inducted into the National Art Honor Society while attending high school. After attending Brigham Young University for 6 years, Lisa received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with an emphasis in printmaking and drawing. She was nominated Student of the Year by the Art Education Department. Lisa taught in the public school system at the junior high level before becoming a mom. She is a home schooling mother of five children ranging in the ages 5 to 17 and has taught group and private art lessons to both children and adults for the last 15 years. Lisa has, by request, designed t-shirts, posters, flags, scenery, and invitations. She enjoys observing, creating, and teaching art. Lisa Stewart is an energetic, positive, and patient guide for students in their learning adventures with art.
